Add placemark with http post request from mobile

Hi,
i want to create an android application synchronized with a website where is installed WordPress with Basic Google Maps Placemarks plugin.
If is possible, how can i create an http post request to add custom placemark (address) to my site?

For example, a user write an address on the Android application and after the http post request, all user can find the address on the site.
