"add profile tab"

Hi
I’m trying to add my app to a fanpage tab.

Your instructions say . . . .

Facebook users can also add a profile tab to a Facebook page, using the “add profile tab” button at the top of the default canvas page.

Here is my canvas page.

but I can’t find the “add profile tab” button.

Is there something else I need to do to activate it?
