In order to keep the plugin simple, there is only 2 fields available for a video; for mp4 and webm. However, if you wanted to have a video with multiple clips like I do on my demo site (http://blake.vegas/plugins/video-background/) you could use a type of editing software like Windows Movie Maker or iMovie for Mac to combine the clips and save it as one file.
