I thought about that from the first day of the plugin. I ended up in the result that repetitions are a huge field of posibilities: every first day of June, from December 24 to December 26 every year, every last day of month, every workday in a week, every Sunday in summer etc. etc.

I am sure that if I would start with your wish – which is still a great idea! – further wishes of finer tuning of repetitions will follow. And the scheduler would get bigger and bigger, carrying a vast amount of options in every widget, the performance and usability would become lower, frustrating users who only need a few options.

So I am a bit reserved to create that. I am still thinking that is a great idea to give much comfort.

    That is your call.

However, you can start from google calendar options and interface.

I published a new plugin to make recurring visibility possible. Play around with the free version of Periodical Widget Visibility here in the WP plugin directory. If you want finer options take a look at Periodical Widget Visibility Pro.
