Add shortcode to only sticky Nav

Hi,

Is it possible to keep a normal menu, but as the page starts to scroll the sticky header appears with the shortcode added? (I would like the real estate search bar to become the sticky header so users don’t have to scroll again if they want to change the address search). I see the hook option, but don’t believe I saw one for only sticky header, I could have overlooked?
