Add Simple HTML in Header

I’d like to mirror the “logo” section of the header (which is on the left as a part of the theme, above/next to the Menu) with something similar on the right. Maybe even the exact same dimensions.

Ive tried to adapt some similar stuff I found via searches, but I keep creating problems and having to reupload theme components to get the site working again (most recently the funcions.php) because I can’t seem to find help on this exact task and I am not the greatest with code.

Does anyone have experience with this who might help a novice?
