Add some code before load the plugin

Congrats for the plufin. For us it’s the best for related posts. Listen, I would like to add some code before, like for exemple a text but not like the title”Related post”. Could be something like “Above you can read….”.

How or where can i do it? editing the code of the plugin, but in which file?
