Add some fields

    Hi guys, i love this plugin.
    I’m a newbie, even if i use wordpress from a long time.

    I just want edit a little bit the default form.
    I need this fields:

    Title (as default)
    Name
    Email
    Contacts (text area like description)
    Description (as default)
    YourPhoto (as defautl)

    Can you help me? i read the notes, but i can’t understand where edit files (i’m not a programmer).

    Thx for help!

    Edit: one last thing..i need also a “confirm” after success upload..even a redirect to a specific url is ok..now it just redirect to homepage, and i don’t like it, i don’t know how to change it..

    any answers to this? really need to be able to customize the form and send confirmation.

    Hey guys,

    Currently it’s hard for non-programmers to customize handling of the form. This is going to be easier in the next version.

    You can easily customize the form itself by following instructions in readme, but saving of the form’s fields will require some php knowledge.
