Add some HTML to PHP

    Where in the PHP can I add
    <span id="alert">ALERT:</span><div align="center"><marquee width="860">
    The idea is to have text “Alert” on left side of header box and have the font scroll into it.

    I can just add the HTML to the message box but I want it to not be there because the client may delete it on accident.

    Hi there,

    You could modify it in the JavaScript but it would be overwritten with the version. Message box really is your best bet.
