Add Subcriber form not working

Since version 0.9.4.1 I haven’t been able to get the subscriber form to work, when I revert to 0.9.4.1 it works. I tried disabling all other plugins same result.

Also I had this ajax shortcut to the submitting a subscriber working that stopped working also; $.post(“?sendpress=post”, “submit=Submit&sp_list=1506&sendpress=post&[email protected]”).
