Add texton aimage

Hi there!

I am searching for a plugin (if it exists) that makes it possible to add text directly on a image in WordPress.
I know the option to add caption,but I would like to add text anywhere on a image I want.

I have an photoeditor myself, but it wouldbe very usefull to have such an option in WordPress.
I have searched on the forums and in plugins, watermark looked an good option, but even when the opicaty is 50%, you will always see the background of the original of the watermarimage.
