add the scroll to content

Hello i saw the post chere you say we can add a hook for auto scroll to the content after filter but i dont know how to do this ? And the previous post you said ” add to filters links value like #yourcontainerid for example with hook ‘wpc_filter_term_url’ The second way is better and more preferable. “

Can you share me the code if i want it scolling to my div : #post-list please ?

I should add it to the function.php ?
