Add time delay on cookie animation

    Hi,
    Since I display an age gate before you can access my website, I would like to set a time after the cookie hint is displayed. Of course, the best would be that the cookie hint is only displayed after you confirm your age.
    Changes in front.js (setTimeout functions) or in cookie-notice.php (simple sleep before initialization) didn’t bring any changes at all. Which file do I have to edit here to get the desired effect?
