I notice this plug-in doesn’t work with the Cart66 add to cart shortcode added to the Button Text box in the admin panel. It will not show on a page. But it will show on a post.
Thought as to why?

So you want to use a shortcode from another plugin (Cart66 in this case) to create a call to action button instead of using the built in button?
Multiple people have already requested this (mostly for use with a membership plugin) and it’s on my development roadmap. I expect this feature to roll out within the next week or two.
