Add to shipping method

I have 2 shipping methods set up, and want to give more information about what each one is, so I just wanted to have a pop up message on each to say how that method works, so they know how they’re different and what to expect. I tried adding the shortcode in and the shortcode just appears in text form, not the hyperlinked text.
