Hi @justcarkits
CartBounty is designed to save Woocommerce “Add to cart” events. If another plugin uses the same functions and changes the function to “Add to wish-list”, then I guess you will also see these events in the abandoned cart list. What plugin are you using for this?
And I guess the fastest way to remove multiple abandoned carts is one of the following ways:
- Open your abandoned cart list. In the top right corner of the screen open “Screen options” and change “Carts per page” from 10 to 100 and then batch delete the shopping carts that are not relevant.
- Go inside your database, locate
cartbounty table and delete all anonymous carts (ones without email and phone number).
- Upgrade to CartBounty Pro and enable automated anonymous shopping cart deletion.
Hope this helps with cart removal.
Kind regards,
Nauris
Hello Nauris,
Am also using “Cart Abandonment” plugin to send reminders to customers – will check functionality without this being enabled.
Thank you for pointing out the option to delete more Carts per Page as couldn’t find this option
Did have a look in database but could not locate the Cartbounty tables – will check again
Glad I could be of assistance.
Let us know if you need further help.
Kind regards,
Nauris
