Add Topic button under the threaded layout category

    Hello,

    can you help me please because I don’t find how to make that :

    1. Threaded Layout – Display Add Topic Button on Forum List [Yes | No]
      This layout allows users create new topics directly from forum home page using the [Add Topic] button under the threaded layout category. This button can be hidden using this option.

    I was looking since 3 days everywhere all your forum but I don’t understand nothing, maybe because you write in english and my plugin is in French!

    So without you I cannot make it!
