Yes or clear any other cache.
If the issue continues, check the browser console for JS error log and see which plugin creates a conflict.

I’ve tried hard refreshing and clearing the cache with no luck. The link below is the error log:

Apologies but I’m not too sure what I’m looking for in there.
Hi,
Same for me. The button doesn’t work anymore.
I’ll see on a test site.
In the meantime, if you could see the problem.
Patrick
I’ve just tested your plugin in V309 a on a test site with the same plugins I use on the prod site and it works BUT with WP5.4 + no error in the console while there are errors in the console with WP5.5 (among them, some related to Woocommerce-admin … ).
So I think using WP 5.5 should not work with your plugin v309.
Thanks

Any update on this issue?

Hi, we checked your issue, the console screenshot does not show errors with the AST plugin, we tested adding tracking could not replicate the issue. it might be a conflict with another plugin that causes the issue, which PHP versions you are using? (@eaz5 @antoine69 @sjwong76) ?
Can you try and deactivate all plugins besides WooCommerce and AST, clear the cache and try again? if it works, activate the other plugins one by one to find out which one creates the conflict.
Thanks

Thanks. It is “Essential Grid” by ThemePunch that is causing the conflict.

Ok, since it’s a pro plugin, you will need to contact the developer (ThemePunch) to find out if they can solve it.
Thanks
@zorem: This jQuery plugin is to fix temporarely the bugs of the Colissimo plugin. As soon as they’ll provide an update, this plugin will be disabled an uninstalled.

You should contact the Colissimo plugin developer since the issue comes from their plugin.
