    Hello @keredhen,

    Adding link as checkbox values is not supported, but you could add a HTML field above the terms and conditions checkbox, where you can include the link, and rephrase the wording a bit.

    For example, the HTML field you could write:

    Before making a booking, please read our <a href="https://keredhen.fr/en/general-terms-and-conditions-of-sale/" target="_blank">general terms and conditions of sale</a>.

    And keep the checkbox field underneath, and maybe hide the label.
