Add URL provided to shortcode

    Hi! I want to create a form with 3 fields: [your-name], [your-location] and [your-website]. And I want to display that information on a page like this: John (Ney York). I mean, the [your-name] linked to the website provided in the form and the location between brackets. However, if I write down this in the shortcode, it doesn’t work. Should I have to add a code in a PHP file?
