    The EU VAT Assistant doesn’t calculate, handle or add VAT, it only collects the information from the orders.

    I would suggest to forward the question to the Support Team for WooCommerce and the Subscriptions plugin you’re using. They should know how to handle the scenario where the VAT is to be added to an existing subscription.
