Hello kristinht,
Thank you for using FV Player.
Please, check out the following:
1. Do you have the latest FV Player version? Are your plugins and the theme up to date?
2. Turn off all your browser extensions and try again. Sometimes the extensions cause issues.
3. Please, try to deactivate plugins one-by-one and repeat the “Add Video” process.
Please, also open your browser developer console (here’s how https://kb.mailster.co/how-can-i-open-the-browsers-console/), then try to load the FV Player page again and see, if any error appears on the console.
If the problem persists, please, contact us via our own support forum: http://foliovision.com/support/ and send us:
– URL of your website
– the errors from the console
– let us know whether the Library pop-up works on other pages (e.g. create a new post page).
Thanks.
Making the web work for you,
Natalia

Please let me know if this is an issue on my end.

Hello Kristin,
are you using anything to enhance your post editing experience, like a page builder? Please let us know, we work on hard on being compatible with all page builders, but perhaps there is a new one and we need to have a look.
Thanks,
Martin
