add_fee discount

First of all thanks for the plugin.

I have a custom system on my checkout that allows the client use a add_fee for discount the total ammount.

I have rule on your plugin whe the total is =>50€ allow freeshipping, but when the client use my custom add_fee for discount and total is less <50€ shipping methods doenst refresh and keeps the freeshinp method.

theres is someway for your plugin recalculate?
