Add/Edit payment methods not working

Add payment methods is not working – this is a long term install, have never had this problem before. When trying to add/update payment methods it does not give me a place to fill out the card # etc, but immediately returns the following error after clicking on Add Payment Method:

Card number is missing
Card expiration date is invalid
Card security code is missing
Oops, adding your new payment method failed: Code: E00003, Message: The element ‘creditCard’ in namespace ‘AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd’ has invalid child element ‘expirationDate’ in namespace ‘AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd’. List of possible elements expected: ‘cardNumber’ in namespace ‘AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd’.
