    Hi,

On our website when adding a 5% uplift in prices it will only affect a few prices on the front end. And not all of the prices for the selected products.

    Is this a known issue?

If you need further information please let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

Could you please try to create a test product using ‘WooCommerce > Products’ menu and then try to reproduce the same Smart Manager issue using the test product and do let me know your views.

Further, if still the issue persists, then could you please get back to me with the exact steps to reproduce the issue or maybe get back with a sceengrab video showing the steps to reproduce the issue, so that we can have a recheck with the same at my end.

Ok thanks I have added a new product into the backend and have managed to use smart manager to add a new 5% increase.

Do you know why this would not be working for my products? Could it be that I am trying to add the discount to too many products at once?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

Have you imported the products on your store using some import CSV plugin as that could be one of the causes of the same Smart Manager issue?

Also, could you please try to update to the latest version [i.e. v4.4.5] and then have a recheck with the same issue and do let me know your views.

Lastly, could you please confirm whether you are facing the issue with inline edit functionality or batch update functionality?
