Adding a "do not display feature"

Hi,

Could you add in a feature whereby if a person chooses not to display the pop up, they can click a box for that option and a cookie would get saved on their computer so that it doesn’t get displayed again or perhaps even store something so that it doesn’t get displayed for that session? What’s happening currently is that every time a visitor navigates to the home page, the pop up keeps appearing which is annoying to the visitor.
