This isn’t possible out of a box with membership plugin. Membership plugin does have login widget which you can find in Appearance -> Widgets so this can be added into your sidebar for example. If you want it in your header you can use the same widget and with some custom coding add it to your header as well.
To have login/logout links in your navigation you can try using plugins such as this one https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/view/plugin-reviews/baw-login-logout-menu. I didn’t specifically test this with Membership 2 but it should work.
