Adding a new payment method?

    Hi, I was wondering, how hard is it to add a new payment method to a WooCommerce theme? My client is going to buy this theme, which has WooCommerce in it, and he wants to add a local Kazakhstani online payment system to it.

    I checked their API, and it is pretty straightforward. I have never worked with WooCommerce though, and I am wondering whether it has some sort of API to make things easier, either on front-end, or on the back-end, or both.
