Adding a plugin to svn.wp-plugins.org

Need help on how to host my plugin on http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/.

I added a plugin called “iz-calender” on http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/add/

Using VisualSVNServer I ran the folowing command:
svn co http://svn.wp-plugins.org/iz-calender wp-plugins
folowing intruction from http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/about/svn/

I get response: “svn: URL ‘http://svn.wp-plugins.org/izcalender’ doesn’t exist”

Pls advice
