Adding a Redirection Returns a Blank Redirect

    Recently my client tried to create a re-direct from a pdf file (http://website.com/file.pdf) to another page which caused an infinite redirect. I disabled the plugin via ftp and re-enabled it which gave me access to the site to delete a blank re-direct. After that any new redirects added appear blank.
