Adding a separate form inside the wp-register.php

    Is it possible to add a separate form inside wp-register.php so when a user registers the account gets created as normal and the other form data gets sent to a designated email address ?

    sort of a dual-purpose

    > register creates account
    > other form data gets sent to email
