Adding a shortcode to a text-block widget

Hello,

Thanks for this plugin. Should it be possible to add a shortcode to a text-block description, then have it rendered in a text-block widget? If I’m using a Text widget I can use this filter:

add_filter('widget_text', 'do_shortcode');

Is there a similar hook for text-block widgets?
