Adding a Single Day time slot

In the admin. I created a time slot that is for everyday of the month basically. Then I need to mark another time slot on just tues. I double click. Select the new time and it does not add it to the calendar.

I also can’t figure out how to select say every tues in a month to add this time. It wants to select the whole week.
