What about suggesting to add your plugin to Core?
Feature plugins in 4.2 and beyond
https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/core/2015/01/13/feature-plugins-in-4-2-and-beyond/WordPress really needs to have a duplicate post or page in the quick edit etc area.
It would be great if you could suggest your plugin as a core plugin.
