Adding account doesn’t work

    Hi,

    I’m doing some work for a friend on her wordpress blog, I can’t seem to add her account. With mine it works, but with hers not at all, even with the token code.
    What’s going on? What should I do?

    Both our accounts are business profiles on IG.
