Assalamu alaykum. I just want to pick your mind to see if you have an idea for a workaround.

I am currently speaking to a masjid that is limited in capacity and as a result, they divide Duhr and Asr into 2 congregations. This means we will need 3 columns for Duhr & Asr for the beginning time, iqamah 1 & iqamah 2. Now of course, your plugin is designed to work with 2 columns and I’m not requesting a rework of the plug-in to fit this unusual circumstance, but I am seeking your knowledge to see if you can think of any workarounds. Any ideas are welcome, even if they have to be done outside of this plug in.

May Allah reward you for your efforts brother, Ramadan Mubarak.

    Walaikum assalam,

SubhanAllah, that is a unique situation.

I would suggest using the start time as the first jamat and iqamah as the 2nd Jamat if we want to keep the existing functionality as it is. And since the regular Muslims will know that fact, I assume this will be okay. You can rename the Jamat to 1st Jamat/Begins in the translation tab to reflect that.

Alternatively, if you have a logic for the first or 2nd jamat, ie. lets say 2nd jamat is always 20 mins after first jamat then you can use the individual shortcode for Zuhr([zuhr_prayer]) and Asr([asr_prayer]) and add 20 mins to it and create a table for it using HTML or any block/plugin(tablepress?)

There is no other way apart from modifying the plugin significantly since everything relies on the uploading/setting of the prayer time.

    I hope that helps.

    Mustafiz.

    That’s a good solution.

    Appreciate that brother.
