That looks simpler than it is. What items do you want to add?
We’d like these fields added to the upload form:
Student Name
School Name
High School Grad Year
Email
Phone
The Email and Phone items would also be hidden on the image info.
I can add custom fields ( so you can give them names like Student name etc ) with switches that define if the fields may be seen at the front-end.
This takes quite a lot of programming, but i can do it in approx 1 or 2 months from now.
Unfortunately, we need a solution for this project before then, so we’ll have to look into another fix. Would be great in the future if you could offer field customization on the front-end. Otherwise, your plugin is one of the best free all-in-one gallery plugins we found. Thanks for your help!
Ok, it will be implemented though, but i do not want to commit on deadlines.

This is so nice since it encourages my visitors to include this vital information when uploading their photos!

WPPA+ is by far the best “free” or “premium” photos management software you will find. Nothing matches the support the author provides and the power of this program. Its configuration options and customizations are unmatched. If you are serious about managing a large archive of photos this plugin is absolutely TOP NOTCH and it is very stable and secure. In the 5 years or so we have used the plugin we have had no interruptions in delivering photos to our members. I simply cannot say enough good about this program and especially about Jacob’s unending support.
I wanted to echo what Marcus said. Although I’m newer to the plugin I have found it amazing and your availability to help everyone with it amazing as well. I’ve been watching the threads here almost daily and it helps me know what to watch out for and keep up with new developments that I might use. I really like this new fields form addition and will definitely use it a little later in my project.
