Adding Adsense under listing

    Hi
    I want to add an adsense unit on a listing below the Place Category but above the tabs (Profile,photos, map etc…) but I don’t know what file I need to edit.
    I keep reading about hooks but I’ve never dealt with these before.
    If anyone could advise what steps I need to take to insert this I’d really appreciate it
