Adding all fields to the booking e-mail

I have contacted Pro support since I purchased the Pro version and sadly, they are no help. I am hoping opening this to the wordpress community will help. Very very disappointing that they are not responding or have any resolve to this.
Here is the issue:
We have an attendee form that has selections as to which location they are purchasing a ticket for. That is a custom field that was added to the form obviously as by default this would not be an option. The e-mail that is sent to the registrant does not contain this info. Therefor they get an e-mail that lets them know they purchased a ticket but no other details other than the default fields. I have tried adding every shortcode to the e-mail and it still will not pull in anything. Any suggestions as to how to pull in custom fields to the booking e-mail? This seems like it should be default and if you are to allow people to add custom fields, how are they not added to the bookingsummary that is sent in the e-mail?
