Adding an image and text to TEXT widget
-
I am building a company blog site using the responsive Magazine Basic theme. To enter some information with logos for each of my company’s divisions in the sidebar, I created a page in the WordPress editor, then cut and pasted the code into a text widget.
The sidebar widgets behave fine on my desktop or laptop screens, and when I shrink the browser window, they continue to behave fine. But when I check the site on my android (Samsung Galaxy S2) the images don’t actually appear. (The website link: http://new.sbmac.com/asset-manager/)
Is there an explanation/solution for this? (I’m fairly amateur to this stuff.)

Sorry, I get a 404 error on the link above.

[code fixed by moderator]You only get that error inside of the blog content area, correct? That’s because none of the blog entries are public right now.
You should be able to see the sidebar. That’s where my problem resides.
Good on iPhone. My Kindle (android) is out of juice. I’ll check in a couple of minutes. Sorry
Looks perfect here as well.
Can you post a screenshot elaborating the exact issue? On the Kindle they show up fine with FireFox and Silk (amazon) but not with Dolphin.
Looks like the problem is they are saved as CMYK images. They need to be RGB for all browsers to see them.
Oh. Thanks kmessinger. I’ll change the images when I get a chance, and see if that works.
This resolved the issue for me, kmessinger. Thanks!
