Adding avatar image for loggin in users

Hi there, really Love this plugin, I’m using it on a new website for our radio station shout outs.

I’ve been asked if its possible at bare minimum to add a default avatar image (can be static) to each post, or pull the image from the users standard avatar settings in their profiles?

This is what we use on our old site http://www.codesouth.fm and working on this new site http://codesouth.bn1agency.co.uk with your plugin. (Switching to WP obviously)
