(Because the info we’re showing is so basic, we don’t plan to open up the info into a separate listing page – so being able to add the bio info directly into the listing would be very helpful. Thanks!) 🙂

Sure this can be done very easily. Actually, you have two options…
The first, go to the Connections : Templates admin page and activate the Profile Template. This template shows the bio by default but it does not really show much info until you click thru to view the single entry.
The second and likely best option for you is to customize the Default Entry Card template that your are likely already using. To do this, go to the Connections : Templates admin page and click the Customize button for the template. The page will reload with the Template Customizer on the left and a preview on the right. The Template Customizer will show the Display Panel by default so all you need to do is enable the “Show the bio.” option and then click the “Save and Publish” button. You can then exit the Template Customizer.
I encourage you to play around with the options in the Template Customizer because it offers quite a few options to tweak the template to better meet your specific needs.
