Adding BOM to the CSV file

    Hello,thank you for the useful plugin.

    Is there a way to add BOM to the CSV file while exporting ?
    The problem is that, Excel can’t recognise the character code when it opens the file by double click.
    Adding BOM to the file solves the problem.

    It would be helpful if it can be done by hooks without editing the plugin’s files directory.
