Adding Border to Eazyest Gallery

For the love of all that is holy, I have tried everything to get borders around the images in my Eazyest Gallery. The borders show up in some places, like when looking at individual images, but not here http://brownsista.com/photos/nicole-beharie/. I’ve tried every code I can, including the one below, but none seem to work. Any help would be much appreciated.
