• Hello. I am trying to set up this plugin on my WordPress company site and am having trouble getting it to work on Pages. I can get it to display on Posts exactly how it should – it’s set to display the categories – but I’m not sure which setting to use for Pages since categories is not an option. The only way I can get it to display anything on Pages is if I don’t have the Page set up in a category, then it just says Uncategorized (or something like that). Is there any way someone could assist me? Please let me know if you need any screenshots of my settings or anything. Thank you.

Pages are the only post type that Breadcrumb NavXT treats in a special manner since they can be the root for any other post type. Hence, taxonomies aren’t really supported for pages. Since pages are a hierarchical post type, you really should be using the page parent functionality to organize the pages (instances of the page post type) within your site. If you need another post type that is organized by taxonomy terms, you will probably be better served by a Custom Post Type rather than shoehorning in functionality in the page post type.
