Adding button as a navigation menu item

I would like to know how to change one of my menu items into a button. I want the button to say “donate now”, similar to the button on this link. Donate Now Link I was read somewhere within wordpress that I can change the css class within the menu options panel of wordpress. I am also working from my child themes css. Thanks in advance.
