Adding button to a custom product page

Hello,
I’m using Elementor and I’d like to add a button to custom product page. How do I do it? As I have read in another topic, that there is no shortcode for the button. I don’t understand the instructions either. I don’t know if I should place some code in my theme’s functions.php file or what?
