Adding Categories in Bulk

    For a college project I’m using WOrdpress to document species of fish from Africa and I need to enter a new category for each species. Being that there’s over 400 different species is there an easier way to enter over 400 categories other than the add category in the admin panel?

    for instance is there a way I can take a text file and copy it into the database?
