Hi there thank you for reaching out to us!
If you go to wp-content/themes/ folder and inside your theme there should be a functions.php file. You can add that code in there and go from there.
If its proving to be still tricky for you if coding is not your jam, I would recommend hiring a developer from a 3rd party site like upwork or fiverr and get help from them in a personal level 🙂
Hi Ashan! Thank you so much for your answering 🙂 That’s a great solution! I couldn’t find wp-content/themes/ folder BUT I found another way around: Appearance > Theme File Editor > Divi: functions.php
And I don’t want to hire developer just to add a code 😀 I’m not rich and I think I could do it.
I haven’t add it yet because I thought it’s better I ask you first before I update the file. If I put the code on the last paragraph, like this https://ibb.co/93SvcFC Then all is good? I’m ready to update? Sorry for a stupid question and thank you so much for your times 🙂
Still waiting the answer. Please and thank you.
Okay, I went ahead and update the file. And I got an error unfortunately https://ibb.co/pL6hN5C What I understand is that the only solution is to have cPanel or FileZilla to go to function.php as what you said to me ‘wp-content/themes/’
I found it so ridiculous but I will do it and hopefully it will work. Thank you.
The thing is that we have limited support for customizations. You can purchase full version of EventON, go to https://helpdesk.ashanjay.com/, where our support staff will help you with this issue.
Please also note that the full version also has limitations when it comes to customizations.
