Some of my Options values for my select fields have commas, but since it’s a comma separated list…it splits the option value into multiple values. I can use a semicolon but it makes less sense and doesn’t look as nice.

Is there a way to escape the comma so it’s not separated?

Hello,

unfortunately no, commas simply cannot be used in the options.

However, if you want to you can add those commas back into the field output by localizing – translating – the original option values into values that have commas.
1. Add options without commas
2. Run tool from GeoDirectory > Status > Tools > DB text translation > Run
3. Re-scan wp-content\plugins\geodirectory\languages\geodirectory-en_US.po file
4. Translate those strings option via .po file translation.
